Is it free to use?+
Yes. The free plan covers one event with up to 50 guests. You can build your seating page and try the live guest lookup before paying anything.
How do guests find their table?+
They open your link or scan the QR with their phone, type their name, and see their table right away. Search works on partial names, so a few letters is enough.
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. It opens as a normal web page in any phone browser. No app to install, no account to create, no login.
Can I upload my guest list with a CSV?+
Yes. Open your event, choose Import CSV, and upload a spreadsheet saved as .csv. You'll see a preview before anything is saved, and there's a sample template inside the dialog.
Can I edit guests and table assignments later?+
Anytime. Add, edit, or remove guests and move people between tables whenever you like. The live page updates instantly, and your link stays the same.
Is private info like notes or dietary needs shown publicly?+
No. Groups, dietary needs, and notes are host-only details for managing your event. The public page only ever shows a guest their name and table. Nothing else.
What does the QR code link to?+
It points to your event's guest seating page, the same one guests search on. The QR code and its PNG/SVG downloads are free on every plan. Custom branding and the Venue Signage Template Library are paid upgrades.
Can I use this for weddings and other events?+
Yes. It works for weddings, parties, galas, corporate dinners, and any seated event where guests need to find their table.
