The two stay separate on purpose: your personal events are never pulled into a workspace, and workspace events never appear in your personal list. Events in your personal space are not covered by Venue and keep their per-event pricing.

Yes. A workspace can hold as many events as you create, side by side in one list, and each keeps its own guest list, QR code and settings. Venue includes 4 Venue events each year. Need more? Add an additional event for US$89, with the same features, charged once on your annual invoice. Events you don't cover stay on the Free plan at no charge.

Yes. Add them to the workspace as Admin or Staff and they can create and run events. Inviting new team members needs an active Venue subscription. Owners and Admins manage the team itself.

Yes. Move a guest to another table and save it: a guest who opens or refreshes the page and searches their name sees the new table. The QR code on the printed sign and the link stay the same.

You can set one default guest-page colour for the workspace and let events inherit it. Guests see it on the workspace's own events while a Venue subscription is active, and on any event upgraded to Plus or Premium. There is no workspace logo yet.

No. It suits any seated event with a guest list — galas, corporate dinners, award evenings, conferences. Weddings are simply where most events on the platform are today.

Creating a workspace is free. Venue, the subscription that covers it, is US$588 per year, billed annually (US$49/month equivalent, US$588 charged annually), plus applicable taxes, with no setup fee. It includes 4 Venue events each year, and additional events are US$89 each, charged once on your annual invoice. An event gets the Premium guest-page features when you use a Venue event credit on it, so you do not buy a plan for each of them. Your personal events stay separate. It is for business customers. At checkout you'll need a full billing address (always; taxes are calculated from it). A business tax ID is also required where your billing country has a supported tax-ID type, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and France. If your business does not have the required ID, contact us before purchase.

Annually, upfront. You pay US$588 once for the year (US$49/month equivalent, US$588 charged annually), and it renews each year until you cancel — which makes it different from every plan on the pricing page, where you pay once for one event. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid year, and your access continues until then. There is no trial and no monthly option, and the price is in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes, in every country we sell in.

Each payment covers one subscription year at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews each year until you cancel, and you can cancel any time before a renewal in your workspace billing settings.

Your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. After that, Venue no longer covers this workspace: the events it covered go back to their own plans, and Premium features such as the guest gallery stop until you subscribe again. If you subscribe again, events that were covered, including additional events, are covered again without a new charge. Unused included events expire at the end of the year. Your team, your events and their guest lists stay.
