Terms of Service

The simple terms for using Find Your Table. Last updated June 2026.

About the service

Find Your Table is a digital software service for event seating, QR guest lookup, guest list management, and event pages, operated by XPIT L.L.C. Hosts create an event, add guests with table assignments, and share a QR code. Guests scan it, search their name, and see their table. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Host responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the event and guest data you add or import. Tables shown to guests are only as correct as the information you provide.
  • You must have a fair reason and appropriate permission to upload guest information, and you should only include the details you need for seating.
  • Keep your login access to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Guest use

Guests use the public event page to search for their own name and find their table assignment. The public page does not expose the full guest list or any host-only notes.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful content or for any abusive, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Do not scrape, bulk-harvest, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
  • Do not interfere with, overload, or attempt to break the service or its security.

Plans and payments

Find Your Table offers a Free plan plus one-time paid upgrades — Essential, Plus, and Premium — priced per event. Each paid plan is a single, one-time charge that applies to one event; it is not a recurring subscription and does not renew.

Current prices are shown on our Pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. By completing checkout, you authorize that one-time charge. Paid features unlock for that event once payment is confirmed. Free-plan limits, such as the guest limit, may apply until you upgrade.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service is provided on an as-is basis. Please keep a backup of your important event and guest information.

Changes

As the product develops we may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we will update this page.
