Refund Policy

When we refund a Find Your Table purchase, and how to ask.

Last updated: August 2026 (version 2026-08-01)

How to request a refund

Email support@findyourtable.app from the address on the account, and tell us which event the purchase was for. You do not need to give a reason. We answer every request, and we tell you what we decided and why.

The 14-day window

You can ask for a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase. Where the event you paid for has not been substantially used, we will normally offer a full refund voluntarily.

This is our own commercial policy. It sits on top of your legal rights, never in place of them.

What counts as substantial use

We look at whether you actually got the service you paid for. No single item below decides a request on its own, and no guest count triggers an automatic outcome — we weigh them together and in your favour where it is a close call.

  • Importing or adding a large guest list to the paid event.
  • Sharing the QR code or the public guest link with your guests, or printing it for signage.
  • The event date having already passed.
  • Extensive use of the features the plan unlocked — check-in, the menu and floor-plan pages, custom branding, the gallery or the multilingual guest page.

Partial performance

Where the service has been partly performed and the law allows it, we may offer a proportionate refund instead of a full one — you keep what you used, and we return the rest. We explain the proportion we applied.

Always refunded in full

  • Verified duplicate charges for the same event, refunded in full.
  • A material technical failure we could not resolve, which prevented you from using what you paid for — refunded in full, or proportionately where part of the service did work for you.
  • A charge you did not authorise, once verified.

After the 14 days

Once the 14-day window has passed, a change of mind, a cancelled or postponed event, or simply not having used the service are normally not refundable. Write to us anyway if something went wrong — the paragraphs above still apply, and we would rather hear from you.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces the rights you have under mandatory consumer law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, which applies independently of this policy and can be exercised even where this policy would not offer a refund. See our Withdrawal Rights page.

Business arrangements

Venue Edition and any negotiated business arrangement are governed by the proposal or written agreement signed for them, not by this page.
