Planning events for clients? Venue is a separate plan for workspaces, not one of these event plans. Venue is an annual subscription for planners and venues, US$588/year, billed annually. Is this a subscription?+
Every plan on this page is a single one-time payment for one event — nothing to cancel and nothing recurring. The one exception is Venue, our annual subscription for planners and venues, which is a separate product on the planner and venue page.
What happens if I don't upgrade?+
Your free event stays available with up to 50 guests. You keep the live guest page, the QR code, and the downloads.
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Upgrade at any time from your event dashboard, including on the day itself. Your link and QR code never change.
Which plan fits my event?+
Choose Essential for a larger guest list and the event-day tools. Choose Plus for custom branding, a guest gallery and signage templates. Choose Premium for multilingual guest pages and the additional invitation template library.
Why is the price lower than the regular price?+
We're welcoming our first customers at Founding Couples pricing, so each paid plan is currently below its regular price. It's a launch price, not a timed sale — there's no countdown and no set end date. If it goes back to the regular price, the change applies to new purchases only.
How many guests can I add?+
Every paid plan includes up to 10,000 guests per event. The free plan covers one event with up to 50 guests, and its guest page is fully live — a small event can stay on Free.
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and open a web page — nothing to install, no account to create.
Can I change table assignments after I print the QR code?+
Yes. Your QR code and link stay the same when you change table assignments, so the printed sign stays usable. Save a change and a guest who opens or refreshes the page and searches their name sees the new table.
