There's no manual publish step: your guest page turns on automatically once you've added guests, so even a last-minute setup works. When you're ready, your QR code is there to download and print straight away.

No. Creating an event is a simple form, you add guests individually or by importing a CSV, and assigning someone to a table is just a dropdown. Your QR code downloads as a ready-to-print PNG or SVG. If you can fill in a form, you can set this up.

No. The page opens in any phone's web browser, just like a normal link. There's no app to install, no account to create, and no password.

Yes. You build your event on the free plan — add guests, assign tables, and try the live guest lookup — and everything is saved to your account. Upgrading unlocks the paid features for that event without erasing any of your work; your guests, tables, and QR code stay exactly as you left them.

Not for your event. Each event plan is a one-time payment for a single event — nothing recurring and nothing to cancel. You pay once for the event you're running. Venue, our separate workspace product for planners and venues, is the only thing we bill monthly.

Nothing to reprint. The QR code points to a live page, not a fixed picture, so the printed destination never changes. Move a guest to a new table in your dashboard and the same sign shows the updated seating instantly.

Yes. Every paid plan includes unlimited guests for your event, so large weddings are fully supported. The free plan covers one event with up to 50 guests, which is ideal for building and testing before you upgrade.

Your guest list is yours. Guests who scan the QR code only ever see their own name and table when they search — they can't browse the full list, and details like groups, dietary notes, and any private notes stay visible only to you in your dashboard.

The page opens in a mobile browser, so a guest only needs a basic connection. Their own phone's mobile data works even where there's no venue Wi-Fi, and the page is light and loads quickly. If you'd like a fallback, you can keep a small printed list at the welcome table.

Most can — it's just a search box with their name, nothing to set up. If someone would rather not use their phone, anyone nearby can look it up for them in seconds, or a helper at the welcome table can search. A short printed list as backup is always an option too.
