Yes. You build your event on the free plan — add guests, assign tables and share your live guest page — and everything is saved to your account. Upgrading unlocks the paid features for that event without erasing any of your work; your guests, tables and QR code stay exactly as you left them.

Not for your wedding. Each event plan is a one-time payment for a single event — nothing recurring and nothing to cancel. Venue, our separate plan for wedding planners and venues, is the only subscription we offer, billed annually.

The QR code points to a live page, not a fixed picture, so your printed sign stays usable when table assignments change. Move a guest to a new table in your dashboard and save: a guest who opens or refreshes the page and searches their name sees the updated table.

Yes. Every paid plan includes up to 10,000 guests per event, so large weddings are fully supported. The free plan covers one event with up to 50 guests, live on the day — enough for a small wedding, and a head start on a bigger one.

Your guest list is not published on the guest page. Anyone with your QR code or link can search by name: after typing at least two characters they see up to six matching names with their table numbers, never the full list at once. Groups, dietary notes, private notes and check-in status are never shown on the guest page; they stay in your event dashboard, visible only to you and the people you give access to.

The page opens in a mobile browser, so a guest only needs a basic connection. Their own phone's mobile data works even where there's no venue Wi-Fi, and the page is light and loads quickly. If you'd like a fallback, you can keep a small printed list at the welcome table.

Most can — it's just a search box with their name, nothing to set up. If someone would rather not use their phone, anyone nearby can look it up for them, or a helper at the welcome table can search. A short printed list as backup is always an option too.

It works alongside one, not instead of it. A printed board looks lovely but freezes the moment it's printed, so any change means a reprint. A QR page reflects a saved edit the next time a guest opens or refreshes it and searches, and lets each guest look up their own table on their phone. Keep the signage you love and let the QR code handle last-minute changes.

You stay in control from your dashboard. There's nothing for guests to uninstall, and you can keep your page up afterwards or unpublish it whenever you like.
