Use case
QR seating chart for conference and awards dinners
Conference dinners and awards nights have long guest lists, guests who do not know the room, and seating that moves until the doors open. A QR seating chart gives each guest their own table on their phone, from one code at the entrance.
How it works for a large dinner
Import your attendee list
Export it from your registration tool as a CSV file and import it into the event.
Assign tables
Give each guest a table name or number. Edit as many times as you need.
Put the code at every entrance
Every sign shows the same code, so the guest page is the same wherever guests come in.
Guests search their name
They type at least 2 characters and see up to 6 matching names with their tables.
International guests
The guest page is shown in the event's language: English, French or German. The Premium plan adds a language switcher so each guest can choose one of the three. Other languages are not available.
What it does not cover
- Session or theatre-style seating for talks.
- Registration, ticketing, badges or an agenda.
- It is for one thing: a seated meal or ceremony where each guest has a table.
