Find Your Table

Use case

QR seating chart for galas and corporate dinners

At a gala or company dinner, guests arrive in a short window and need to find one table among many. A QR code at the entrance lets each guest search their own name and see their table on their phone, while your team keeps editing the seating up to the last minute.

Why it fits a seated dinner

  • Late cancellations and substitutions are normal. Change a table in the dashboard and the printed code stays usable.
  • Import the guest list from your registration spreadsheet as a CSV file, and give each guest a table name or number. Named tables work as well as numbers.
  • Paid event plans allow up to 10,000 guests per event, as a one-time payment per event.
  • Guests need no app and no account: a phone camera is enough.

Useful on the night

  • Check-in mode for you and your team, to tick guests off at the door (paid plans).
  • Menu and floor plan pages on the guest page, so guests can see where their table is (paid plans).
  • Your colours on the guest page (Plus and Premium).
  • For planners and event teams, a shared workspace keeps client events side by side. See Find Your Table for professionals.

What it does not do

  • No ticketing, registration or RSVP collection.
  • No badge printing.
  • No drag-and-drop floor plan editor: you assign each guest a table name or number, and can upload your own floor plan image.

Questions

Can sponsors' tables have names instead of numbers?+

Yes. A table can be any name or number you type, and that is what the guest sees.

Can the guest list stay private?+

Yes. Guests see at most 6 names matching what they type, with their tables. Groups, dietary needs and notes are never shown.
