Choose Lovely Seating if…
This is where it is better than Find Your Table.
- You still have to build the seating plan. Its floor plan editor works at your room's real size, takes a venue PDF or photo, and is on the free plan.
- You want auto-seating. Find Your Table does not have it.
- You want printed charts and cards made from your seating plan. Find Your Table gives you a QR code and signage templates, not a chart or place cards built from your guest list.
- You have more than 50 guests and want the lower one-time price: USD 39 for Pro against $49 for Essential.
- You want guests to see more than a table: their seat, meal and tablemates, and a map from the entrance.
- You want a name search that copes with typos and nicknames.
Choose Find Your Table if…
This is where it is better than Lovely Seating.
- Your seating is already decided, in a spreadsheet or on paper, and you only need guests to find their table.
- You have up to 50 guests and want the QR lookup live for free. On Lovely Seating's free plan you can build and preview its QR page, but publishing it needs Pro.
- You want check-in at the door for you and your team, from Essential. We did not find guest check-in on Lovely Seating's site.
- Your guests or your planning team work in French or German. The site, the dashboard and the guest page are all available in both.
- You want a shared gallery for guests' photos and videos, on Plus and Premium.
What both do
Both let a guest find their table from one QR code without installing anything, both show search results rather than the whole list, both let you keep editing after the sign is printed, and both charge a wedding once rather than by subscription.
