Use case
QR seating chart for a quinceañera
A quinceañera party often brings together several generations of family and a big group of friends, and the seating keeps changing until the day. A QR code at the entrance lets each guest search their name and see their table, and you can keep moving people around after the sign is printed.
Why it helps
- Family plans change. Edit a table in the dashboard and the printed code stays usable.
- Guests need no app and no account, which keeps it simple for grandparents and younger cousins alike.
- Groups, dietary needs and your notes stay private: guests only see names matching their search, with their tables.
- Free for up to 50 guests. Bigger parties use a paid event plan, a one-time payment of $49, $79 or $119, for up to 10,000 guests.
Good to know
- The guest page is available in English, French or German. Spanish is not available.
- A helper at the welcome table can search for anyone who would rather not use their phone.
- On the Plus and Premium plans you can add your colours to the guest page and collect guests' photos and videos in a gallery.
Questions
Can I change tables on the day of the party?+
Yes. A guest who opens or refreshes the page and searches after you save sees the new table.
Can I put the QR code on the invitations?+
You can put it anywhere: the welcome sign, a table card or the invitation. It opens the same guest page each time.
