Choose DigiSeats if…
This is where it is better than Find Your Table.
- You want software to draft the table assignments. Its AI Seat Optimizer, on Extended, works from rules you set, and you review the result. Find Your Table has no auto-seating.
- You want an event schedule and a countdown on the guest page. Extended includes both. Find Your Table has neither.
- You run events for clients and want them under your own logo, paying once for a bundle of events. Event Manager bundles remove its branding from guest pages. The Find Your Table shared workspace is a subscription and carries your brand colour.
- You want one plan to cover the event-day extras. USD 99.99 one-time includes check-in, menu, schedule, guest photos and the AI Seat Optimizer. On Find Your Table, check-in and the menu start at Essential, and the gallery starts at Plus.
- You want guests to see who else is at their table.
Choose Find Your Table if…
This is where it is better than DigiSeats.
- You want check-in at the door from the first paid plan. It is part of Essential here. At DigiSeats it is part of Extended.
- You have a large list. Any paid plan covers up to 10,000 guests at the plan price. At DigiSeats, Standard covers 500 and Extended 1,000, with a charge per 100 guests above that.
- You want a guest gallery that stays open for months: 6 on Plus and 12 on Premium. DigiSeats says it stores guest photos for 10 days after the event.
- You want your logo on one event's guest page, on Plus and Premium. On DigiSeats' site we found your own logo in Event Manager bundles.
- Your guests or your planning team work in French or German. The site, the dashboard and the guest page are all available in both. We did not find other languages on DigiSeats' site.
What both do
Both let a guest find their table from one QR code without installing anything, both let you keep editing after the sign is printed, both have a free plan for up to 50 guests, and both charge a single event once rather than by subscription. Find Your Table does not collect RSVPs, and we did not find RSVP collection on DigiSeats' site. For more products, see the full comparison.
Questions
Is Find Your Table a DigiSeats alternative?+
Yes, for the guest lookup: both give guests a no-app table search behind one QR code. The main differences are auto-seating, a schedule and a countdown at DigiSeats, and check-in from the first paid plan and French and German pages at Find Your Table.
Which one is cheaper?+
Up to 50 guests, both are free. Above that, Find Your Table's Essential is $49 one-time and DigiSeats' Standard was listed at USD 49.99 one-time on November 5, 2026, so the entry prices are close. The gap depends on what you need: check-in is part of Essential, and at DigiSeats it needs Extended, listed at USD 99.99.
Is DigiSeats a one-time payment or a subscription?+
One-time for a single event. Its terms say Standard and Extended are per-event purchases, not automatic subscriptions. Its Event Manager bundles are also paid once, for USD 200 to USD 800, and are valid for 1 year.
Does Find Your Table have auto-seating or a floor plan editor?+
No. You give each guest a table name or number, and from Essential you can upload your own floor plan image for guests to view.
Are the two companies related?+
No. Find Your Table is not affiliated with DigiSeats.
